By accessing or using Streamora ("the Service"), operated by Unobi Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Streamora is a group-based media decision platform that helps users decide what to watch together. The Service allows users to curate libraries of movie and television titles, express preferences, and collaboratively choose what to watch.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (notes, custom titles, preferences). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of providing functionality to you and your groups.

6. Service Tiers

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Free tiers may include advertising. Paid tiers may offer additional features or an ad-free experience. Pricing, features, and availability of tiers are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNOBI TECHNOLOGIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unobi Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
